  General Comments: This company is the perfect reason why retail employees should unionize. Nothing about them is fair, and they administer their so called rules ARBITRARILY. Especially their required agreement not to sue. I would welcome a class action by former mistreated employees who have all been screwed one way or another.

  Comments: Due to past minority lawsuits, the mentality is to throw hardworking, over 55 white employees who have earned higher salary levels from high sales performanceunder the bus.
