Current Employee's Review of Dillards's Management and Culture
Grade: F (29%)
Comments: I've read some real horror stories about working for Dillard's. I'd say they're about 70% true. I work in a store in Oklahoma City. I'm still new enough to not really know a lot about anything being done on the corporate level. However, I can say that I think some of their rules are fascist, creepy, and unenforceable. Also, our Ops Manager is a condescending b****. It's not entirely bad at my store- the store manager is a nice guy, and my ASM is one of the sweetest people on the planet. I hope Dillard's doesn't kill that in him.
