General Comments: Rauxa is a company that values people who work hard and contribute on a high-level. It's not a company where mediocre work is rewarded due to office politics, which is great.

Comments: I've built a career in ad agencies, and I think Rauxa is by far one of the most ethical (in an industry not always known for ethics).

Comments: As in any agency, the work is challenging but Rauxa's corp culture is to reward the employees who help the company succeed. That's why there are so many folks who have stayed 5-10 years or more (where do you find that in the agency world?!?). If you want a kick-back job, don't work at any agency.
